Dear Ms. Morales,

I am writing to let you know how happy we were with our recent move which was done by your company. Beginning with the appointment for the estimate done by Julio, we knew that we would be in good hands. Our move was quite big requiring 2 tractor trailers and 6 men on hand for 3 days. It was absolutely the best experience that we could have possibly had. All of the men were very professional and handled our cargo with the same care that we would have. All of the attention to detail was there from the time they showed up the first morning to the last box that was moved in. I would strongly recommend your moving service to anyone I know that is looking for a mover.

In addition, whenever I called the office, I was well received by your professional staff and was taken care of like I was the most important customer. I really can't describe how important it is when you are moving your life from one place to another to be to feel so comfortable with the people in charge.

Lastly, there was not one thing broken or damaged in our 2 tractor trailer worth of items. I thought that was pretty remarkable but knowing what care was taken by the movers, it is not a surprise.

Your professionalism collectively is to be commended. I would like to especially mention Dee Watterston, who, within hours, solved my emergency situation with calm and confidence. Dee couldn't have been more helpful! As you will recall a last minute closing was arrangeed for the sale of my home and I was in dire need of a mover. You and your team made it possible for me to execute that closing. I can't thank you enough.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful job that you, and everyone at Fast Moving COmpnay, did for me and my family. The move on February 28, 2007 was a complete success, and I truly believe that it was all a result of your service.

I want to tell you that you presented yourself and your company professionally, yet sincerely and hospitably, that right away I felt at ease, and knew that choosing Fast Moving would be a wise decision. I also want to point out a couple of things.

The day before the move, our landlord informed us that we could not move in until 2PM after already scheduling the move for 8AM. My husband called Dee at Fast Moving and she offered a solution so we would be able to keep the move for that day. We didn't have to wait another day to move in, as I had originaly thought the result would be.

The movers were great! They were friendly, yet very professional and quick! Mostly, I am grateful for their patience with my daughter, Elizabeth. She wanted to be there, to see what was going on, and to help. I am not sure if that is okay with you, but they let her tag along and watch. Not once did they complain to me about her presence, nor suggest she was interfering. They also made sure she wasn't in harm's wasy. I understand they are not babysitters, but a small child is difficult to contain, and their attitude toward her very much put me at ease. They didn't make me feel I had to put her in her room (she didn't really have one at that point, anyway!)

Please let everyone I know that my husband and I said thank you! Since we are an army family, we'll be moving again, and I already told him we are calling YOU! Thank you again for everything!

Dear Fast Moving Company,

I wanted to write you a quick note and let you know what a great job the moving crew did for us during this move. We have moved many times over the years (about 5 times) with many different moving companies. We do have some basis for comparison when we say that this crew did an outstanding job. They are undoubtedly the hardest working crew we have ever had and I was especially impressed with the great care they took when wrapping and moving our furniture. I will also have to say that this is one of the few times that I do not have to do a lot of wall patching/painting since there are no dings and few marks.

It is a credit to your company that our move went so smoothly and I would like to thank not only the moving crew but also George Brosnan and Lisa Mayer for their efficient and polite assistance in arranging and executing the logistics for the move.

I have already been spreading the word about the great job you all did so I hope this will result in some new business coming your way.
